You will receive a confirmation email with the date, time, and location of your booking. You will also receive a questionnaire to fill out prior to your session.

In the days before the shoot, we suggest giving your pet a bath or grooming. If you have a long-haired or shaggy doggo, we suggest trimming around the dog’s eyes to ensure that we capture the most expressive photos. Right before the session, take your dog for a walk to relieve themselves to make sure they are comfortable and relaxed.

Once you receive your booking confirmation email you will also receive a questionnaire where any allergies can be listed. We have a wide range of treats and will happily accommodate allergies, but some pawrents choose to bring their own treats.

During our photoshoots, we prioritize your dog's comfort and safety above all else. We conduct the sessions in a private, enclosed room or studio where your dog can freely explore without a leash, helping them get comfortable in the surroundings. While your furry friend sniffs around, we'll introduce ourselves, have you sign a release form, collect the remaining balance, and gently familiarize the pups with our camera equipment. Once everything is set, the fun and adorableness begins!

There is a 5-6 week turnaround time for edited photos. Once they are finished, you will receive access to an online gallery via email.

Rest assured, during the photoshoot, your dog will be in a safe and private environment with no other dogs around. We take the time to gently introduce your dog to the camera equipment and never push them outside their comfort level. We ensure that the space is enclosed and secure. Additionally, when it's time for you and your pup to leave, we make sure there are no other dogs crowding the door, ensuring a smooth and stress-free exit for you both.

During the photoshoot, your role as an adoring parent is to shower your pup with love and encouragement while they strike a pose. If there's a particular trick or prop you'd like to capture, we might ask for your quick assistance to help create the perfect shot.

One week before the shoot, we will email you color options that are available.

Please let us know if you need to reschedule your session 72-hours in advance of your appointment. Please remember that all deposits are non-refundable.

That’s OK. If they are treat- or toy-driven, we can still find ways to capture awesome shots.

Pee and poop happens! We have pee pads and cleaning supplies available.
